Adaptive Organizations

Presented by:
Jennifer Cross, Princeton Leadership Services

Our organizations are growing increasingly more complex.  The technology that is
supposed to aid us in doing better work often leaves us disconnected from our colleagues and disengaged from our mission.  Navigating cultural norms and the political landscape of your company takes careful thought, time, empathy and courage. Adaptive Organizations share five key characteristics to promote healthy and happy organizational cultures.  In this session we will review these traits and have you analyze to what degree they are present in your work place.
